We do our best to keep shipping fair, simple, and transparent.

Australia-wide Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia for $15, no matter how much you order. Whether it’s one weight or a bulk order, the price stays the same.

Shipping lead isn’t cheap. It’s actually one of the most expensive materials to move around, and we know that cost can add up fast. Instead of passing that full cost on to you, we’ve chosen to absorb part of it and keep things simple with a flat rate.

International Shipping
For our customers outside Australia, shipping is charged at cost.

We know international shipping can be frustratingly expensive—especially for heavy products like ours. We’re actively looking for better options and better rates, but for now, we have to pass on what the carrier charges us. We wish it were cheaper, and we’re genuinely sorry that it isn’t.

Our goal is always to get Hydrodive gear to you as fairly and efficiently as possible. If you ever have questions about shipping, just reach out—we’re always happy to help.

About Our Packaging

You might notice that your order sometimes arrives in reused or recycled packaging.

We do this on purpose.

As a small, ocean-focused brand, we’re conscious of how much waste ends up in the environment—especially in the places we love to dive. Rather than buying brand-new boxes and fillers for every shipment, we choose to reuse clean, sturdy packaging whenever we can.

It may look a little rough around the edges sometimes, but it keeps good materials out of landfill, reduces unnecessary plastic, and helps us keep our costs (and yours) down.

What matters most to us is that your gear arrives safely and ready to dive. If it does, then we’ve done our job.
